Exceptionally clean and modern place. Very competent and attentive staff, always with a smile. Super bed in the double room, plus a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning and an individual safe. Very good overall experience.

Pretty sea and mountain views, lovely rooms with up scale furnishings, nice pools, lots of space and plenty of sun beds, nice large gardens and great sunsets.
Many of the staff were rude, the place looked like it had been built to be photographed but had no atmosphere or ambience at all. Breakfast was awful, and the are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms which is not what you expect for a 5 star hotel of this price.

This 5 star hotel has excellent pools, beautiful rooms and friendly staff which was all trained to say frequently hello. The hotel just opened in July so everything was fresh and new. The hammocks in the strip of trees at the beach was a nice touch. The spa treatment was great. Breakfasts were enjoyable. Service at dinners needs improvement.
We were not able to stay in standard rooms which were 30 square meters large with our 2.5 year old child. Instead, we had to change our reservation and pay for a junior suite which was unnecessarily large and did not provide any further comfort for us. The sea was not suited for a small children as the beach and the access to the sea is covered with sharp rocks. We used the hotel pools which were very nice but we came to enjoy the sea while staying at this 5 star hotel. This was was not quite possible.

Loved the attention to detail. Welcome by staff. Privacy, peace and Quiet. Healthy Food choices. The facilities and staff made my stay in the hotel very care free, relaxing and first class. Loved the situation next to the village of Punta Scala. Beautiful views. Plenty of space and no overcrowding of any facility. Every detail given to comfort in the rooms, around the Hotel and outside. Wonderful Hotel for a revitalizing escape. Cat parking facilities excellent too.
Didn't like being shepherded to a seat in the restaurant that was not my choice. The pedicure was not to the standard of the hotel.

The breakfast choice was quiet good also if the bread on the third day was old
The open bathroom could give the feeling that the room could be bigger than it really is but is not so a good idea if you need privacy in bathroom, you will not have it. We wanted to eat in the restaurant a la carte (normally open till 23.00 o'clock) and at 22.00 a restaurant waiter, we are not sure he was the maitre, said us that it was no possible to accept us because the chef was already gone we talked about this inconvenient to the manager the day after but he looked as it was not his problem for a five stars, is not really a good way to present itself but I think that is not more important, important for many hotels is to be full of guests, then if the service is not what they expected, is not a big problem, someone will come back, someone will not come back and maybe will come someone else, anyway don not call it a five stars.

The spa area here is fantastic and worth every penny! The pools and sporting facilities were great too. The food quality in the standard restaurant was quite disappointing, not what I'd expect 🍽️
